These Terms govern your access to and use of the GKA SewaSutra mobile application (“App”), operated by Guruji Ka Ashram (“we,” “us”), at Bhatti Mines, Chhatarpur, New Delhi.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall and cease use.

We may update Terms; continued use implies acceptance.

1. Purpose

The App is for internal use only by authorized Sewadars and admins at Guruji Ka Ashram to manage the general operational routines like Sewadar attendance tracking.

It is not for public, commercial, or external use. Violation may result in access revocation.

2. Eligibility and Access

• You must be 18+ and an authorized ashram volunteer.
• Access via approved Google Account only; role-based (User/Admin).
• Do not share credentials.
• We may suspend/terminate access for misuse.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful data; do not manipulate records or enter false attendance.
• Comply with ashram policies and applicable laws.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the App.
• Report issues to itteam@gurujikaashram.com 

4. Administrative Rights

Admins may:

• Grant/revoke access.
• Audit logs and data.
• Modify records for accuracy.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content (design, code) is owned by Guruji Ka Ashram. Limited license for internal use; no reproduction.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

• App provided “AS IS” without warranties.
• We disclaim liability for data loss, inaccuracies, outages, or indirect damages.
• Total liability capped at INR 1,000.

7. Termination

We may terminate access anytime for violations. Upon termination, delete App and local data.

8. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India; disputes in New Delhi courts. No class actions.
